Oxford Climate Ventures is a hands-on programme designed to help entrepreneurs validate, develop and launch their climate-focused business or spinout. Delivered by Oxford Saïd Entrepreneurship Centre and the ZERO Institute, Oxford Climate Ventures supports innovators working on energy transition, climate mitigation and adaptation, whether developing a new business idea or looking to spin out a solution from research.
Through expert mentorship, practical workshops and access to Oxford’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, participants gained knowledge, experience, skills, and network to move their venture from concept to reality: understanding the market, refining business models and gaining real-world insights, building a strong foundation, from product development to customer acquisition, and networking with successful entrepreneurs, investors and those working on climate across the university.
